Berlin is experiencing extensive development activity, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and publicly funded infrastructure projects. However, there is no comprehensive and up-to-date source that consolidates this information in an accessible format for feasibility studies and early planning phases.

To address this gap, I developed an interactive map covering completed projects from the past 10 years, current developments, planned projects, and potential future sites. The map includes key attributes such as development status, timeline, developer, architect, land use, floor area, and applicable zoning plans (B-Plan).
