In 2013, a unified wayfinding system for Moscow’s transport network was introduced. Since then, it has been used not only to inform passengers about regular services, but also about service changes, disruptions, and closures.
The team under my supervision was responsible for producing printed information materials and a dedicated web landing page covering temporary changes across buses, trams, metro, and suburban rail services. Over 4,000 information posters were created in Russian, English, Uzbek, and Farsi.
During this period, overall passenger satisfaction increased from 60% to 90%, supported by regular feedback collection and analysis.

My Role:
• Project management of wayfinding and passenger information materials
• Creation of textual and visual content for service change notifications
• Supervision of a team of graphic designers
• Coordination with public authorities and transport stakeholders to improve passenger experience
