Who I am

About

I'm fascinated by how cities move: timetables as promises, platforms as interfaces, and stations as neighborhoods. I've created regional and city master plans, sustainability reports for UN Habitat, and wayfinding systems for public transport.

I hold an MSc in Geography (Lomonosov Moscow State University) and am completing an MSc in Urban Design at TU Berlin. Multilingual (English C1, German B2, Russian native) and tech-skilled.

Fun facts

Why 'J Winger'? It's a direct translation of my name: Ivan (John) Krylov (Wing => Winger). It's a bit of a joke.

Although I have basic knowledge of Python, it is definitely not enough to build a website like this. Big thanks to Google Antigravity AI for that!
